Lord Krishna – the Real Leader

Friends,

V all read many international thinkers fro tips on Leadership and leading a happy life etc. let’s look at our own literature; history and stories told to us by our grandparents these are all full of Leader Ship tips and highly effective one. These are universal as human nature is never going to change it is universal.

So let me  share with u of whatever little i have understood from these.

Lord Krishna is the real & greatest leader that we can know of.

Read entire Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, look at various leela’s- acts of Lord Krishna and u wud realize that he is actually a real Leader and has showcased each attribute & quality of REAL LEADER.

In one of my earlier sharing, i did discuss about role of Mental Alliance by team to it’s Leader.

Actually, it is an important role of a real Leader to gain complete mental alliance of his team mates by displaying / practicing various leader ship virtues.

Lord Krishna gained complete Mental Alliance of Arjuna by showing to Arjuna the “VISHWAROOP” and giving Arjuna the glimpse of what HE is.

Thus commanding complete mental alliance of Arjuna, Lord Krishna cud motivate and pitch Arjuna to battle against his very own and respected elders / teachers.  That’s the Power of a true Leader wherein he can motivate his team to deliver impossible.

Lord Krishna also assured Arjuna and removed all his fears of committing sins of killings his own respected ones by giving Arjuna the GYAN to do KARMA and HE shall protect him.

So 2 important leadership virtues, i have just narrated thru Lord Krishna’s some of many Leela’s i.e. acts and these are – to gain complete mental alliance of the team by showing all Virtues a Leader has and also Assuring the team that in case a FALL BACK would be required Leader is there as SAVIOR.

Let’s also look at one episode from Lord Ram’s life which he lead as a human being without showcasing that he is LORD, whereas in Lord Krishna so many times thru his Leela’s / acts conveyed that HE is GOD the Supreme.

Lord Rama helped Sugreev win back his kingdom and wife from his elder brother Baali who because of misunderstanding took Sugreev to be his enemy. This way Lord Ram established his Leadership credentials of being a JUST, FAIR,  Supportive & action oriented. Thru this he made the Vanar Sena – Monkey Army  with capable Vanars like Hanuman, Jamwant, Nul & Neel etc to win over a highly qualified Ravana and his huge army equiped with all battle /war arms and ammunition etc.

All this became possible because Lord Ram could make his Vanar Sena trust and believe HIS Leadership abilities and treated his team of all Varans alike – like HIS own brother – Lakshmana. Lord Ram cud gain complete mental alliance of his team thru affection, respect and assurance of HIS Virtues.

Human Engineering – 2

Hi friends,

just missed one aspect of human engineering and that is to factor in human inefficiencies or characteristics. Like all metals / materials have some inefficiencies or characteristics like due to friction metal getting heated thus lubricant is used etc.

Each of us have a particular or peculiar characteristic e.g. a very high ego etc which is required to be understood and necessary actions like lubrication example to be taken for best output.

Friends, i would well come ur inputs on topics that i m sharing for a mutual and greater understanding. Each one of us have so much experience and if v all share then it wud benefit all.
